But this time, I will share with you eggless pancake recipe so that you can try making this during any time of the day when you don’t have eggs at home.
Pancakes are great favorites of kids and especially they are nutrient rich when they are packed with foods like carrots, walnuts, banana etc. These flat cakes can be easily flavored with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and etc. according to your choice and taste. Children usually love their sweet flavor and also enjoy the novelty of eating a flavored cake food for their meal. - Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and whisk it.
- Add some milk, oil and vanilla and mix gently until just combined.
- Do not over mix it, but ensure that there are no lumps in the batter.
- Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes.
- Now heat a large pan over medium heat until hot and add some butter on it.
- As soon as the butter melts, add it to the pancake batter.
- Stir the batter properly to mix the melted butter.
- Now heat a non-stick pan on medium flame for a few seconds and reduce the flame.
- Pour a large ladle full of batter in the center of the pan, but do not spread the batter with the ladle.
- Let it spread on its own. Cook the pancake over low or medium flame and you will notice some bubbles appearing over the pancake.
- When the pancake turns golden in color on one side, just flip it over and cook for less than a minute and remove from the pan.
- Prepare some more pancakes with the rest of the batter in the same manner. You can serve this with butter or honey or with some maple of chocolate syrup.
